ENT Development Training
Our primary focus is to help change-oriented individuals turn their ideas and skills into real-life businesses. We therefore offer multi-level entrepreneurial development training for individuals and organizations seeking to bring development through the establishment of small businesses. Our training is categorized into 2 sessions:
Youth Entrepreneurial Development (YED) Training. Our YED program focuses on high school youths desiring to become change-makers by creating enterprises that transform lives, families, and their societies. This program does not only serve youths anticipating the field of business; it also serves as a foundation for young people dreaming of making great change in their fields of studies.
Community Development Enhancement (CDE) Program. Aiming to boost community development through entrepreneurship, our CDE program focuses on training community dwellers to start small businesses in different sectors including crops & animal farming, grocery shops, tailoring & fashion design, graphic designing & printing, etc.
Note: Our Community Development Enhancement training is both stationed and mobile. We are willing to work with community dwellers at a designated training center, and also willing to take the training to the targeted communities.

The desire of every business owner is to see his/her business grows to a higher level for profitability and greater impact. This doesn’t only rely on the zeal of the business owner; rather, it needs knowledge of managerial skills, financial decision-making ability, careful investment, and more. Therefore, our Small Business Coaching (SBC) and training program comes with a full package in different phases. The SBC program targeting existing businesses includes small business consultancy, business management training, financial recording and reporting training, inventory management and logistics training, marketing training, etc.
